1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility and Registration

y888gama reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Pakistan player at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during routine account review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing delays.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your y888gama login credentials, including your username and password. y888gama will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including live chat or email. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on y888gama and constitute a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Registering or operating more than one y888gama account, whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf.

9 Privacy and Data

10 Responsible Gaming

• Any unauthorised access to a y888gama account that results from the player's failure to maintain password security or to protect their login credentials.

y888gama's total liability to any Pakistan player in connection with any individual claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that player into their y888gama account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this limitation of liability section shall exclude or limit y888gama's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Termination and Suspension

y888gama reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Pakistan player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe required by y888gama's compliance processes.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or account compromise.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including through the self-exclusion process.
• y888gama's decision to cease offering services in a particular jurisdiction or to a particular player segment.

Where an account is closed by y888gama for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any PKR balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited pending investigation. Where y888gama initiates account closure for reasons unrelated to player breach, any remaining real-money PKR balance (excluding bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's last used Pakistan payment method within a reasonable period.

Pakistan players who voluntarily wish to close their y888gama account may do so at any time by contacting the y888gama 24/7 English support team. Any real-money PKR balance remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method once all pending bonus wagering requirements are assessed.

13 Amendments to These Terms

y888gama may update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most current version is stated at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents sidebar.

For material changes to these Terms & Conditions — meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Pakistan player — y888gama will provide notice to registered players through at least one of the following channels: email to the registered account address, a notification on the y888gama platform dashboard, or a notice displayed on the y888gama login page.

Continued use of y888gama services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Any PKR balance held at the time of account closure requested on the basis of disagreement with amended terms will be handled in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

14 Contact, Complaints, and Dispute Resolution

2.
